A School at a Turning Point

For years, Unique High School had prided itself on strong academics and traditional classroom discipline. But the education landscape was changing fast. Families wanted flexibility. Students were using devices daily. Then came the disruptions of the pandemic , accelerating what was once optional into an absolute necessity.

The school leadership saw an opportunity: build a hybrid learning model that blended physical classroom quality with digital continuity. The goal wasn’t to replace teachers with screens , it was to extend teaching beyond the classroom and connect every stakeholder in real time.

Challenges We Needed to Solve

• Limited digital infrastructure : Attendance, homework, and performance reports were entirely manual.
• Gaps in communication : Parents received progress updates only at exam time.
• Teachers lacked visibility into learning gaps until it was too late.
• Students struggled to keep pace when unable to attend in person.
• Administrative processes consumed excessive time and paper resources.

Unique needed a connected ecosystem that would tie together teachers, students, and parents without losing the personal touch that defined its culture.

Our Strategy for Transformation

1. Selecting and Customizing the Platform

The school adopted LucrumAI’s United Education Management System and EduCore Local, customized to match Unique’s subject structure, grading scales, and attendance policies. The rollout began with two pilot classes before scaling school wide.

2. Empowering Teachers through Data

Teachers were trained to use analytics dashboards that highlighted attendance trends, weak areas, and performance insights — helping them adjust lesson plans and provide targeted support.

3. Reimagining Parent Communication

Instead of waiting for PTMs, parents could now receive real-time notifications through a mobile app. Assignments, attendance, and grades became transparent and instantly accessible.

4. Phased Implementation

The school adopted a phased rollout model: pilot → refine → expand. Each stage introduced new features like online assessments, messaging tools, and digital resource sharing.

Training sessions and on-site support helped every teacher, regardless of tech background, feel confident using the platform.
